Responsibilities

Max Mara, one of the leading Italian women’s fashion designer houses is seeking a full-time

SENIOR SHOP ASSISTANT (Eladó)

for its Budapest flagship store on Andrássy Avenue.

As a CUSTOMER ADVISOR, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every Customer is treated according to the Max Mara experience. You will strive to discover the Customers and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

provide professional sales according to the Max Mara shopping experience guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Engage with Customers to develop long-term relationships, using different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
meet sales goals set by management
representation of the fashion house and acting according to its guidelines
maintaining a clean, organized store and stock
perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
follow the company’s policies and procedures
assist in receiving goods
handle POS transactions and stock management
handle store opening and closing

Requirements

looking for a candidate with background preferably with 3+ years experience in retail or service oriented industry
excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills with a passion for fashion
good team player with high levels of motivation and strong sense of responsibility
bachelors degree preferred but not a must
knowledge of the Hungarian and English languages is a must
knowledge of any other additional language is considered as a true asset
friendly, precise and attentive individuals
