Responsibilities

Implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions including system configuration and custom feature development
Provision of advanced technical consulting and support quality assurance activities
Ensuring adherence to implementation standards and technical best practices
Offering deep expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform
Understanding complex business needs and helping standardize processes in design and deliverables
Technical leadership of a small development team delivering high-quality solutions

Requirements

Minimum of four years of experience in ServiceNow development
Expertise with at least one ServiceNow module
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Excellent command of English
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-have

Experience with several ServiceNow modules, Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Knowledge of German
