Responsibilities
Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear ServiceNow solutions
Support clients in process analysis, optimization, and documentation in alignment with ServiceNow best practices
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users
Assist in building user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Agile / SAFe delivery
Provide functional expertise across ServiceNow modules depending on project needs
Participate in testing, UAT support, and training sessions to ensure adoption and user enablement

Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow projects
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; exposure to other modules like HR or SPM is a plus
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications
Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with ServiceNow platform at functional/consulting level (configuration knowledge is a plus)
Ability to quickly understand the clients’ industry
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist)
ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certification
Experience in change management, training, or adoption support
Previous consulting experience in an international environment
