Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that drive organic growth across our global digital ecosystem. This role involves defining and executing advanced SEO strategies, leveraging AI and automation tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise performance and deliver measurable impact

• Define and drive the SEO roadmap across markets, channels, and teams.
• Lead advanced audits and develop long-term SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Utilise AI-powered tools for analysis, reporting, and content optimisation.
• Monitor algorithm updates and lead agile response initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, development, and UX teams to enhance site structure and performance.
• Champion SEO best practices across all digital content, including video, image, and app SEO.
• Develop measurement plans, KPIs, and forecasting models using tools like BigQuery, Looker, and GA4.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Influence stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven insights.

• 8+ years of SEO experience with proven success in complex digital environments.
• Strong technical SEO skills, including JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Expertise in cross-channel SEO strategies integrated with broader marketing goals.
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools to scale analysis and insights.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools and basic scripting (Python/SQL a plus).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in marketing, communications, data science, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in ecommerce, B2B, or telco sectors and managing agency/vendor relationships is desirable.
