Responsibilities

Deliver training programs on Scrum, Agile methodologies, and related practices to diverse audiences.
Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, learning paths, and workshop content.
Mentor and support Scrum Masters in their professional development.
Facilitate interactive training sessions, simulations, and hands-on workshops.
Promote Agile values, principles, and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

A University master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, IT or another related field or proven comparable qualification and experience
Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environment: experience with practical introduction and implementation of Agile
Knowledge of other processes and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, ScrumBan, Lean, SAFe®, Project Management, etc.)
Good mentoring, leadership and relationship management skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proven experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or adult learning.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good command in English -written and spoken
