Responsibilities
- Supporting project management team in a modernization project.
- Teaching agile theory, practices, rules and values.
- Optimizing collaboration in such a way that the value generated by the internal team and the external team is maximized.
- Responsible for the integrity of the Agile method and adherence to the compliance with the processes.
- Coaching the Product Owner by teaching techniques for effective management of the product backlog, creating an understanding of product planning and ensuring that the PO knows how to organize the Product Backlog to create the most value.
- Coaching the team towards self-organization and cooperation to create high-quality products and remove obstacles that hold the team back.
- Support project leaders by coordinating planning, estimation, risk evaluation, task tracking, etc.
- Organize & document regular Project Meetings
Requirements
- Certified in agile methodology (e.g. CSPO, CSM, Safe, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in coaching hybrid and agile IT teams
- Partial takeover of sub-project management
- Experience in projects in testing area
- Jira and Confluence experience
- C1 German & English (speaking & writing)
