Responsibilities:

Design and operate advanced journeys and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
Build complex segmentation and executive / account-based targeting
Manage and optimize Sales Cloud ↔ Marketing Cloud integration
Administer and govern the Salesforce Core Platform (users, data model, flows, security)
Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and consent management
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate marketing needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

Profile:

5 + years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
Strong expertise in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder
Solid Salesforce Administrator experience (Core Platform)
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and data synchronization
Basic REST / SOAP API knowledge and SFTP-based data processes
English language required
German language would be great
Strong analytical and structured working style
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Good communication skills
