Responsibilities
About the role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will help strengthen the company's position in the Hungarian market through proactive business acquisition and a consultative sales approach.
This role offers responsibility, growth, and significant earning potential. We are seeking someone confident in navigating financial solutions and cross-border transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and acquiring new clients within the mid-sized and large corporate segment.
- Conducting consultative sales by understanding clients' operations, risks, and international cashflow needs.
- Presenting tailored financial and FX risk management solutions.
- Leading strategic negotiations at senior decision-maker levels.
- Collaborating with internal teams and managing the entire sales process using CRM tools.
- Gathering market insights, refining sales approaches, and supporting junior colleagues.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3-5 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably within financial services, treasury, FX, or international payments.
- Communicates confidently and credibly with senior stakeholders.
- Possesses strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Enjoys hunter-style sales and building their own portfolio.
- Speaks fluent English and Hungarian.
