Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Designing Corporate lending processes focused on simplifications and optimizations in line with Group standards and Regulatory framework
- Participation and contribution in Risk Management topics for development and implementation of Corporate IT (lending) tools and Corporate Lending related projects
- Coordination and implementation of Corporate Lending Policies in local governance framewor
- Execution of 2nd level control activities
- Coordination of task and activities between Risk and Business Divisions and Group Risk Management
- Working in fast-paced environment with high level of independency and ability to quickly respond to regulatory changes, developments and portfolio trends
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills combined with structure thinking and ability for holistic overview
- Working experience in Strategic Credit Risk Management, Corporate business/product management or Credit operations
- University degree in economics or business administration
- High proficiency in English
- MS Office knowledge
- Intellectual curiosity, open-minded and solution-oriented working style
- Engagement and accountability for results
- Endurance and networking ability
