Responsibilities

Conduct research in automated software engineering, including LLM-based code representation, automatic program repair, and generative AI for test generation.
Design next-generation user interfaces and architectures for AI coding agents.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with global R&D teams to develop novel software development technologies.
Publish research results in top-tier academic venues and contribute to applied innovations for commercial use.
Mentor junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Requirements

Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven research track record, with publications in leading AI or software engineering conferences/journals.
Strong programming and system design skills, including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Docker, Linux, and GitHub/GitLab.
Hands-on experience with LLM/RAG technologies, deep learning, and AI model development.
Knowledge of knowledge graphs or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice-to-have

Understanding of LLM agents, explainable AI, and graph ML., Familiarity with GPU-based training, cloud environments, and scalable ML infrastructures., Experience bridging research innovation and commercial product development.
