Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the overall communication and confirmation of KD products and material quality abnormalities in overseas factories, and pull through the abnormal process.
- Be responsible for determining responsibility for abnormal problems of KD products and materials in overseas factories, handling defects on site, and coordinating repair.
- Assist KD product and material after-sales claim promotion, supplier quality improvement promotion and supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above - major in engineering is preferred
- English proficiency, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, - other language skills are better
- More than 2 years quality or after-sales management experience, familiar with after-sales service process, able to solve after-sales problems independently
- Can use EXCEL, WORD and other office software skillfully (including text editing, data processing, chart making)
- Excellent team work spirit and communication skills
