Senior Project Manager, Motor

What is the job about?
As a Senior Project Manager in our Motor Department, your primary responsibility is to lead the standardization and continuous development of global motor production processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll have an important part in designing innovative production technologies, equipment, and products while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Among other exciting tasks, you will:
- Lead and manage projects within the Motor Department, overseeing all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement, documenting project learnings and implementing best practices.
- Cultivate good stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure the completed project.
What do you need to apply?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Approx. 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Experience with successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Great leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project activities.
