    About the Role - Senior Project Controller (Service Sector)

    We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller to join our finance team and take ownership of financial oversight across multiple strategic initiatives.

    In this role, you will support a portfolio of parallel projects focused on process improvement, standardization, and system implementations. You will play a key role in ensuring cost transparency, financial control, and effective decision support for senior stakeholders.

    This position goes beyond traditional controlling-requiring strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-finance audiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control project-related costs across multiple ongoing initiatives
    • Provide accurate financial analysis, forecasts, and variance analysis for projects
    • Partner with project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure financial alignment
    • Act as a trusted advisor on budgeting, cost planning, and financial risks
    • Prepare and present clear, insightful financial reports to stakeholders
    • Support decision-making by translating financial data into actionable insights
    • Track project budgets, timelines, and financial performance
    • Ensure proper cost allocation and financial governance across projects
    • Identify risks, deviations, and cost-saving opportunities
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of controlling processes and tools

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in cost controlling, including project controlling
    • Proven experience in project controlling within a service-oriented environment
    • Strong understanding of cost structures and financial dynamics in service operations
    • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
    • Near-native level of English (written and spoken)
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • Exposure to large-scale transformation or system implementation projects would be a plus
