Feladatok

Rapid identification and handling of production issues and line stoppages
Analysis of failures and identification of root causes (root cause analysis)
Development and coordination of corrective and preventive actions
Monitoring and improvement of manufacturing processes
Stabilization of production processes
Support of operational decision-making
Task delegation and close cooperation with cross-functional departments
Participation in process improvement projects
Development, tracking, and follow-up of productivity improvement actions
Involvement in the management of product changes in serial and aftermarket production

Elvárások

University degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or similar)
Relevant experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of production processes
Strong problem-solving mindset
PLC knowledge
Good communication and collaboration skills
Structured way of working
Ability to work independently
Responsible and reliable attitude
LEAN knowledge is an advantage
Intermediate level of English (professional communication level)
