Responsibilities

Consulting clients mostly in the insurance or financial services industries on how to create the most impact with digital product innovation
Leading workshops and facilitating meetings to understand the needs and domain of our clients
Putting together product scopes based on industry-specific market insights, business needs user needs
Crafting delightful customer experiences by creating maps, journeys, wireframes, and everything in between to bring product ideas to life
Planning and executing user research activities to understand user needs, pain points, and test prototypes
Coordinating with the Art Director to create visual direction for the product
Managing talented UI designers to turn wireframes into development-ready designs
Working side-by-side with the development team and supporting them in turning product ideas into stunning software

Requirements

4+ years of experience working with digital products in design, product management, or a client-facing consultancy role
Experience creating or improving digital products and solutions with a user-centered mindset
Strong analytical and strategic thinking to shape product strategies rooted in business goals and customer needs
Effective communication and consulting skills while gathering and refining product requirements
Ability to quickly understand discovery and design processes, tech stack, and product development culture
Confidence collaborating in English within an international team serving mostly foreign clients
Domain knowledge or experience in the finance or insurance industry (a plus)
