Responsibilities

Setting the strategic direction for IT & Cyber Risk product area
Owning the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for IT & Cyber Risk on the Diligent One Platform
Partnering with engineering, design, data science, and senior leadership to build products for CISOs, risk managers, and boards
Shaping AI-powered risk detection and automation features
Defining how LLMs surface cyber insights for boards
Influencing roadmap across the Diligent One Platform
Leading market and competitor intelligence
Translating AI capability into measurable user value
Driving OKRs and north star metrics with leadership
Evaluating emerging AI tools for risk workflows
Building business cases for strategic investment
Defining and championing the multi-year product strategy for IT & Cyber Risk
Developing deep market intelligence on competitors, cyber regulations, and technology trends
Building and presenting product business cases to senior leadership and executive team
Leading design and delivery of AI-native features for risk identification, prioritisation, and reporting
Collaborating with data science and engineering teams on AI model integration
Defining and tracking AI product performance metrics
Owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch across web, mobile, and API surfaces
Maintaining a prioritised backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria
Partnering with engineering leads for technical feasibility, quality, and delivery
Defining and monitoring product KPIs, user engagement metrics, and health indicators post-launch
Conducting regular customer research, interviews, and advisory sessions with CISOs, risk managers, and IT leaders
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing for go-to-market execution
Communicating product direction to internal stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

7+ years in product management with significant SaaS experience
Deep domain knowledge in IT risk, cyber risk, or information security
Proven track record of owning and delivering complex B2B product roadmaps end-to-end
Experience in or alongside GRC, compliance, or enterprise risk environments
Experience building or shaping AI-powered product features
Understanding of LLMs, agents, and ML models in practice
Comfortable engaging with engineering and data science teams on technical design
Ability to evaluate AI use cases balancing innovation with trust, explainability, and regulatory considerations
Strong strategic thinking connecting product decisions to business outcomes
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven decision making with product analytics and experimentation frameworks
Collaborative working style
Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or similar frameworks
