Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process—from early discovery and ideation to high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, and developer handoff
Collaborate closely with fellow designers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful experiences
Partner with Product stakeholders to ensure design work aligns with strategic goals and meets user needs
Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, and ethical AI practices across all touchpoints
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution our team culture

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments
Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work
Proficiency in Figma
Fluent in English
