Senior Product Data Technician / Data Maintainer

What is the job about?
As a Data Maintainer, you will play a crucial role in maintain product master data, structures, and documents within your assigned area. Collaborating closely with Product Development teams, you'll ensure adherence to Grundfos Group Standards and Processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to exceeding customer requirements, enhancing satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.
Your main responsibilities:
- Data Maintainer is part of material master data maintenance organization (The MDO network) where we share knowledge about master data and related processes and tools.
- Data maintainer supports correct structure on product and material master data as a main point of contact in Dosing and Disinfection SAP team by developing competences in class structure, approved characteristics and dependencies.
- Supporting PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) activities by working closely with Product Development Engineers.
- Taking parts in DP, Development Projects by creating and maintaining product classification data with mass SAP transactions.
- PDTs are working closely with Global Data Governance (Global Data Custodians) which is setting rules, Grundfos standards, assign ownership, set the right targets for data quality, monitoring and following up on important data.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- We focus on skills, on practical tasks, not solely on educational background.
- 2-3 years of experience in product data and documentation handling, with insight into SAP systems or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Experience in MS Office/Excel and technical skills.
- Basic understanding of data maintenance and management.
- Willingness to learn and be mentored by an experienced team member.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within the team and with the mentor.
- Confident in English written and spoken.
Location: Székesfehérvár (max. 8 days/month in home office)
