Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain our development platform and cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code
Build and maintain tools and services to enable and accelerate our development teams and improve the maintainability and operability of our infrastructure
Consult, assist and collaborate with developers to enable them to get the most out of cloud-native technologies
Improve our observability strategy and processes to enable data-driven decision making
Develop and implement CI/CD and automation best practices

Requirements

Several years of experience in platform engineering or cloud computing as well as a deep understanding of networking and cloud deployment models
Experience wit h Google Cloud Platform (or similar), Kubernetes, Git, Scripting and a solid understanding of monitoring solutions (e.g. Prometheus, StackDriver, DataDog)
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm etc.) and automation using CI/CD pipelines
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex problems across complex systems
Comfortable utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and increase productivity

As (Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d)* you will be responsible for our cloud infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and providing services to the entire Engel & Völkers real estate company.
