Responsibilities
Learning existing system architecture, codebase, tools, and development practices
Validating existing technical documentation and flagging any gaps or outdated content
Highlighting blockers to knowledge transfer such as missing info, unclear logic, inaccessible systems
Maintaining coding standards, version control practices, and agile routines
Detecting missing logic, undocumented features, or technical debt impacting future development
Sharing acquired knowledge with peers and helping ramp up the rest of the team
Participating actively in stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Clarifying requirements, validating assumptions, and ensuring technical feasibility of user stories
Implementing functionalities to support new process and workflow for counterparty management
Enhancing applications and infrastructures to align with business needs
Defining and reviewing technical requirements for integration and performance
Maintaining applications according to service level agreements
Tracking key performance indicators with cloud operations teams
Managing capacity to ensure optimal performance

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Pega
Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
Experience with Constellation-based development and enterprise modular reuse pattern
Experience with Kafka and REST API integrations
Hands-on expertise with SOAP, REST, and PL/SQL
Proficiency in data modeling, XML (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath), and UML
Basic knowledge of BPM and process architecture
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
