Responsibilities

Independent and autonomous payroll recording and reporting (including special features, such as accounting for temporary staff, interns, short-term employees, partial/early retirement, processing sick leaves) for Hungarian customers
Maintenance of master and transaction data
Time recording and certification
Creation of statistics and evaluations
Contact person for the assigned customer as well as for various offices, health insurance companies or social insurance carriers
Implementation of the year-end process and answering the resulting questions

Requirements

Practical experience in independent payroll accounting for Hungarian client
Good written and spoken Hungarian and English skills
Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system
Knowledge of income tax and social security law
Experienced handling of the common MS-Office tools
Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working
Strong service and customer orientation
