Responsibilities

Lead motion design across brand touchpoints including social, digital campaigns, video, and event assets
Own video editing for digital and content marketing from brief to final delivery
Develop concepts and storyboards before production starts
Set and raise the quality bar for motion across the team
Apply a consistent brand lens and push back when a brief would compromise it
Interrogate briefs from demand generation, content, and field marketing before executing
Act as a creative partner to stakeholders
Build tools, templates, and reusable assets that enable the team to self-serve

Requirements

Professional proficiency in English
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion and brand design
Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
Strong supporting skills in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Demonstrable ability to develop a concept
Several years of senior-level motion design experience in a fast-paced environment such as agency or in-house
Experience interrogating briefs and proposing creative direction
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying complexity
