Responsibilities

Motion design and production
Leading motion design across brand touchpoints including social, digital campaigns, video, and event assets
Developing concepts and storyboards before production starts
Owning video editing for digital and content marketing from brief to final delivery
Setting the quality bar for motion across the team and raising it over time
Applying a consistent brand lens to all work and pushing back on briefs that compromise it
Creative direction and stakeholder collaboration
Taking briefs from demand generation, content, and field marketing and interrogating them before executing
Facilitating alignment between creative intent and campaign goals across functions
Communicating clearly in English in internal alignments and cross-functional reviews
Acting as a creative partner to stakeholders
Systems and infrastructure thinking
Building tools, templates, and reusable assets for broader team self-service
Contributing to the evolution of the brand's motion principles and visual language
Scouting trends and emerging tools and bringing perspective back to the team
Team and cross-functional collaboration
Operating as a senior practitioner the wider design team can look to for direction
Pulling the work and the team toward higher-order thinking through quality and approach
Supporting broader brand and creative needs in collaboration with the design team

Requirements

Professional proficiency in English
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion and brand design
Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
Strong supporting skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
Demonstrable feel for brand with motion as a brand expression in portfolio
Demonstrable ability to develop a concept
Several years of senior-level motion design experience in a fast-paced environment, agency or in-house
Experience interrogating briefs and proposing creative direction rather than executing on request
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying levels of complexity

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with 3D, illustration, or other adjacent visual disciplines
