Responsibilities

  • Execution of complex advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms
  • Monitoring campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights
  • Troubleshooting and resolving ad serving or performance issues
  • Preparation of detailed reports including campaign metrics and key performance indicators analysis
  • Collaboration with team to streamline workflows and achieve campaign goals
  • Providing guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance programmatic expertise

Requirements

  • Digital marketing expertise with at least 3-4 years in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads
  • Mentorship mindset with ability to share knowledge and guide teammates
  • Strong communication skills to translate data and insights into clear, actionable ideas
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with ability to analyze numbers and find patterns
  • Fluent English language proficiency
