Responsibilities

Execution of complex advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms
Optimization of campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights
Troubleshooting and resolving ad serving or performance issues
Preparation of detailed reports on campaign metrics and KPIs with actionable recommendations
Collaboration with team to streamline workflows and achieve campaign goals
Guidance, support, and training of team members to enhance programmatic expertise

Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads
Mentorship mindset with ability to share knowledge and guide teammates
Strong communication skills to translate data and insights into actionable ideas
Analytical problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data and find patterns
Fluent English language proficiency
