Senior Marketing Team Leader
Your role in a nutshell:
You will be part of Marketing _VOIS which is growing department with currently 160+ colleagues. We provide E2E marketing related services (including product design too) for our internal customers. The goal of the position is to direct a team of independently working employees; act a supportive team lead and business coach for your direct reports. You will be coordinating and implementing the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit. You will be responsible for delivering the agreed service levels and meet the defined KPI's, team deliverables and timelines. You will acts as SPOC to key stakeholders for inquiries and escalations. You can make us extra happy if you have working experience in one or more of these fields/roles: Front-end development, Marketing Automation, Social Media or Project Management.
What you'll do:
- Manage a medium-sized (8-12 ppl) team of specialists in different seniority levels
- Have regular discussions with team members about their performance & career expectations, foster an efficient and motivating work environment for the team, coach them in their career path, advise on their development plan
- Keep team engaged in a hybrid work setting with organizing activities, online and offline sessions, etc.
- Manage workload and utilization of the team
- Act as a first escalation point, stakeholder management
- Participate in putting together proposals and cost estimations for new projects
- Translate strategic goals into relevant processes; makes sure that relevant processes and documentation are followed by setting controls and targets
- Participate in regular leadership meetings, take part in organizational developments and changes, contribute to setting up efficient workstreams cooperating with supporting functions such as HR, Learning & Development, etc.
- Occasionally manage internal projects or operationally help team members in need based on your work experience
