Responsibilities

  • You analyze marketing and growth initiatives across the entire customer funnel and assess their impact.
  • You develop and own core KPIs, dashboards, and reports for Growth and Marketing teams.
  • You conduct in-depthcohort,funnel,attribution, and ROI analyses.
  • You work closely with Growth Marketing, analyze campaigns, support experiments, and enable data-driven budget and channel decisions.
  • You derive clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • You continuously improve data models, tracking, and attribution concepts while ensuring high data quality.
  • You design and support Geo-tests, A/B tests and experiments and evaluate their impact on growth and efficiency.
  • You communicate complex analyses clearly and tailor insights to different stakeholderaudiences.
  • You challenge assumptions, define meaningful success metrics, and select apropriate analytical methods.
  • You support the growth of the Business Insights Team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience as a Marketing Analyst (all genders), Growth Analyst (all genders), BI Analyst (all genders), or in a comparable analytical role.
  • You bring a deep understanding of growth and performance marketing, including areas such as paid channels, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
  • You work confidently with SQL (advanced proficiency) as well as common BI tools (e.g.Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
  • You bring strong experience in web and app marketing tracking (e.g.Google Analytics, event tracking, attribution) and have the technical understandingrequiredtoactively further develop andoptimizetracking setups.
  • You have experience using Python and/or R for advanced analyses, modeling, or forecasting.
  • You havevery goodEnglish skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications and skills

  • You are familiar with common marketing attribution models and their practical application.
  • You have ideally worked in a data-driven scale-up, digital, or tech environment.
  • You have good German language skills, both written and spoken.

As a Senior Marketing Analyst (all genders), you will be part of our newly established Business Insights team, which brings together Analytics and UX Research to enable well-informed decisions in both marketing and broader business contexts. You act as an analytical sparring partner for our Growth Marketing team, translating marketing and customer data into robust insights, identifying growth opportunities across the entire funnel, and supporting data-driven decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.
Always with the goal of creating measurable impact for users and the business, while ensuring and continuously evolving a reliable, technically sound tracking foundation.
You work closely with Marketing and Product and play a key role in ensuring that our marketing initiatives are measurable, scalable, and efficient.
