Feladatok

Financial statement and balance sheet data preparation, review, and analysis for legal entities
Monthly financial reporting support for senior management and board-level review
Delivery of financial metrics, dashboards, and performance insights across the business
Maintenance and enhancement of reporting templates and support for continuous improvement of reporting processes
Coordination of preparation and distribution of internal financial and cross-functional reports
Support for consolidation of subsidiary financial statements and related reporting activities
Monitoring of accounting regulations and disclosure requirements with provision of technical accounting support internally
Assistance with data management, external filings, and technical accounting analysis
Provision of financial guidance and strategic support to help achieve business objectives
Support for global operations with a primary focus on the EMEA region
Performance of additional ad hoc duties as needed

Elvárások

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Relevant professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or financial reporting
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate in English with external and internal stakeholders
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills with strong written and verbal proficiency
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership
Team-oriented approach with ability to collaborate effectively across functions
