What success looks like in this role:

Leadership & Management:

  • Manage the staff and set objectives, vision, and direction for the Operational Unified Experience Management Service
  • Foster good partnerships and product roadmaps with vendors and Unisys Solution Management team to support service roadmaps and ambitions
  • Establish capability beyond the scope of the UXM team itself such as Service Desk, 2nd/ 3rd line, Field Services and other Digital Workplace Solutions delivery towers
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts, including staff costs and revenue
  • Enhance near-shoring capability to improve win ratios against Primary Off-shore competitors
  • Establish and maintain measurement systems that enable proactive service performance management
  • Ensure staff are continually developed and certified in relevant skills
  • Drive a culture of analytics and end user experience through Client Delivery Executives and all service partners
  • Work with the training and development team to establish a career/ learning path for individuals to enter or progress within the eXperience Management Office


Customer Digital Experience:

  • Cultivate a Proactive, Pre-emptive and automation culture, focused on the user experience (XLA)
  • Manage vendors to provide excellent support and guidance
  • Implement and Improve Key Metrics for customers
  • Capture and share knowledge that can be reused across all accounts, whether UXM or not
  • Knowledge of DEX Tools like Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, Riverbed Aternity or Lakeside Systrack will be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of End Point troubleshooting and support is essential


Innovation/Value-Add/Use Case / Cost Saving Opportunities:

  • Utilize automation where possible and shift best location strategies to ensure services use innovation, add value, and save costs
  • Incorporate innovation opportunities into accounts and back into DWS
  • Support presales and pipeline with high levels of networking to Customer Delivery/Account Executives and Solution Specialists

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 10+ year experience in IT service delivery management
  • Must have people management experience
  • Must have either Delivery Management or technical project management experience
  • Experience in Power BI and visualization tools is a plus
