Responsibilities
Lead and grow multiple agile engineering teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Requirements
12+ years of total software development experience
6+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS), and infrastructure
Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile/scrum methodologies
Familiarity with AI concepts and practical use cases in software development
Experience hiring, mentoring, and fostering team career growth
6+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS), and infrastructure
Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile/scrum methodologies
Familiarity with AI concepts and practical use cases in software development
Experience hiring, mentoring, and fostering team career growth
Nice-to-have
It would be great if you had practical experience shaping software architecture, tuning performance, and strengthening application security., Familiarity with modern web stacks, ideally including Node.js, React, and TypeScript., Exposure to serverless patterns and infrastructure-as-code on AWS, preferably using CDK., Background in designing and operating robust data integration workflows., Experience working in regulated, audit-heavy environments where evidence, controls, and traceability matter.
