Responsibilities

Lead and grow multiple agile engineering teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Define and own the technical roadmap with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions.
Champion responsible use of AI and automation, integrating models, APIs, and AI-assisted tools to boost efficiency and product capabilities.
Align technical strategy with business goals, representing engineering in cross-functional initiatives and promoting a transparent, impact-driven culture.
Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, driving continuous learning, feedback, and career development.

Requirements

12+ years of total software development experience
6+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS), and infrastructure
Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile/scrum methodologies
Familiarity with AI concepts and practical use cases in software development
Experience hiring, mentoring, and fostering team career growth

Nice-to-have

Practical experience shaping software architecture, tuning performance, and strengthening application security, Familiarity with modern web stacks, ideally including Node.js, React, and TypeScript, Exposure to serverless patterns and infrastructure-as-code on AWS, preferably using CDK, Background in designing and operating robust data integration workflows, Experience working in regulated, audit-heavy environments where evidence, controls, and traceability matter
