Responsibilities
Are you passionate about protecting digital assets and driving innovation in cyber security? We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our cyber defense and resilience strategies. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!
Your Core responsibility
- Initiate, develop and track sustainable measures for the continuous improvement of cyber security, especially cyber defense and resilience.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Analyze new threats and vulnerabilities, assess urgency and support system and application managers in implementing protective measures.
- Lead the design and execution of security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies, relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). Consult on implementation best practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
Requirements
MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing information security systems and technologies.
- Strong understanding of common threat scenarios and mitigation strategies.
- Profound knowledge of webapplication-, data- and cloud security and their underlying architectures and concepts.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDPS, DLP, DAST.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a managerial role within the information security field.
- Understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, etc.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
- Experience with data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
