• to spread the LEAN mindset and lead continuous improvement projects, mainly in manufacturing, by applying LEAN principles, diagnosing complex business problems and creating recommended improvement plans for continuous improvement
• leading LEAN development & standardisation projects
• improving the efficiency of existing manufacturing processes, providing technical support
• project management and support using LEAN tools and other applicable LEAN methodologies and problem solving tools
• development of medium and long term plans, preparation of cost efficiency
• support day-to-day operational tasks, troubleshooting, repairs, on-site inspections, measurements
• supporting sustainable process improvement by applying LEAN principles, diagnosing complex business problems and providing recommended management plans for process improvement
• responsible for OEE development
• spread, teach and lead the LEAN mindset
• provides expertise to facilitate and lead cross-functional process improvement teams to achieve results in assigned areas of responsibility.
• develops maintenance plans, working closely with process leaders, participants and senior management to ensure that long-term improvements in results are sustained
• working with foreign members of the group, project team members
• conduct training sessions, measuring their effectiveness through tests
• participate in the development/improvement and operation of recruitment, induction, internal development processes.
   

Ingredients that you bring with you:

• university degree in engineering
• minimum 8 years of experience in LEAN engineering / process development
• ability to effectively present ideas and successfully disseminate LEAN approach throughout the company
• active intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
• confident in MS Office
• enthusiastic, proactive personality
• self-starter, good organisational skills, excellent problem solving skills
• high level of supportive attitude, customer-oriented thinking
• ability to travel occasionally to HARIBO companies
