Responsibilities

Leadership and coordination of Finance-related workstreams within a large-scale transformation program
Development and management of project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies using standard project management methodologies
Tracking progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies with clear status reporting to senior stakeholders
Support of stage-gate reviews, transitions, and formal handover of deliverables to functional teams
Facilitation of project and governance meetings with documentation and follow-through of actions and decisions
Tracking of project budgets and provision of financial visibility
Maintenance of high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality across project artifacts

Requirements

Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within Finance or corporate functions
Experience supporting transformation initiatives, restructurings, or operating model changes
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed, and remote environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including confidence working with senior leaders
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Scrum Master) preferred
Strong Excel skills
Experience with project management tools

Preferred experience with Finance and reporting systems such as Workday, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), OneStream, Thomson Reuters solutions, Workiva
