YOUR PROFILE
Completed higher education or equivalent professional qualification
Relevant experiences in people management and team leadership
Motivating team player, supporting and enabling others with strong hands-on mentality
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong focus on results.
Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure
Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
Readiness to work on shifts (evening, weekends, public holidays, etc.)
Valid Category B driver’s license
