Responsibilities

Ownership of detection capabilities end to-end from problem framing and data through experimentation to production models and telemetry
Building and maintaining data pipelines including sample sourcing, collection, labeling workflows, feature extraction, and versioned training and evaluation datasets
Designing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models and managing their production deployment with versioned, runtime-portable artifacts
Building automated model build and release pipelines with reproducible training runs, automated evaluation gates, and versioned artifact publishing
Owning model quality in production including telemetry feedback loops, false positive escalations, drift monitoring, and retraining cadence
Designing evaluation methodology for adversarial, drifting domains with time-split validation and strict false positive ceilings
Automating the ML lifecycle with AI including AI-assisted development and agentic automation for repetitive tasks
Setting experimentation roadmap prioritized by measurable customer-facing detection gains and sharing learnings across the team

Requirements

Applied machine learning experience of 3+ years across at least two areas: text/content classification, computer vision, similarity search/embedding models, security or threat detection
Evidence of end-to-end delivery of models from data to production used by teams or customers
Experience building data pipelines for model training including data collection, labeling, ground truth management, feature extraction, and dataset versioning
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with model evaluation frameworks
Solid grounding in statistics and experiment design including evaluation under distribution shift
Comfort working across integration boundaries such as ONNX consumption from JVM services
Fluency with AI coding and agent tooling
Track record of automating own workflow with AI tools
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Fluency in English
