Responsibilities

Designing and developing new machine learning models with a focus on real-time performance
Integrating cutting-edge ML features into the SkeleTRACK product
Analysing model performance and identifying areas of improvement
Mentoring junior engineers and driving technical discussions
Collaborating with annotation teams to ensure data quality and workflow efficiency
Keeping up with computer vision and machine learning research and attending top conferences
Proactively identifying problems and owning solutions from design to delivery
Shipping clean, well-structured code
Contributing meaningfully to architectural decisions

Requirements

Python programming fundamentals
PyTorch and PyTorch-Ignite knowledge
Linux and Windows 10 experience
TensorRT for model optimisation
GIT and collaborative software development

Nice-to-have

Modern C++ (C++17/20) knowledge, CUDA knowledge, OpenCV knowledge, ClearML knowledge, CMake and Visual Studio knowledge, Typescript and Semantic UI React knowledge, SSH and secure deployment workflows knowledge, QT knowledge, JIRA knowledge, Confluence knowledge, TeamCity for CI/CD knowledge
