Senior M&A Expert

• Conduct independent project management of smaller M&A projects, proactive coordination of the M&A project team – including relevant partner areas. 
• Create relevant M&A project materials – company and asset valuation models and reports, financial analysis and due diligence reports, management decision-making materials 
• Participate in M&A screening and selection processes 
• Actively support post-transaction integration or separation processes 
• Maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders and demonstrate a high degree of independence in data collection, analysis, and feedback across all assigned tasks

• University degree in Economics or Finance (MSc / BSc) 

• Advanced, professional working proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage) 
   

Additional Requirements and Experience

• Experience working in a corporate environment 

• 2-3 years relevant M&A experience 

• Participation in international projects 
   

Preferred qualifications

• International consulting experience 

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
