Responsibilities

  • Support Global Process initiatives including training, and roll-out coordinating with other regional Quality Managers, Stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide support to local teams for quality assurance matters, problem solving, and efficient utilization of the tools within the Quality Management System.
  • Respond to plans to attain and maintain customer required certifications and recognitions that achieves the global operational strategy
  • Support the Quality Management System through internal and external audits, continuous improvement, corrective actions, lessons learned. May also contribute to the training of teams and staff, and maintenance of systems used by local teams.
  • The Quality team supports the local operations teams by monitoring and administering systems that manage the measurement and test resources with regard to their functionality and conformance to maintenance and calibration schedules.
  • Responsible for supporting laboratory performance, capabilities, and target achievement in cooperation with operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of participating in or conducting audits an/or project management
  • Understanding of ISO-17025 and/or other industry standards and their application for the validation of product
  • Collaborative nature and excellent leadership and soft-skills
  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel
  • Be willing to work in an office, laboratory setting. This position can occasionally work from home, but a steady presence in the facility is required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of manufacturing practices and product development workflows
  • Proficiency in data tools including Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.
  • Understanding of applied statistical techniques for development of analytical studies (ANOVA, Gage R&R, Linearity, etc.)
  • Knowledge of standards relevant to product testing
  • Program management tools and time management skills.
