Senior Jira & Confluence Administrator (NT)

• Helping Scrum Masters and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Help scrum and development teams in operations like JIRA boards and Confluence spaces
• Remove impediments related to operations and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Ensuring sprints are effective in term of operations to support new release of the project/solutions.
• Administrating and managing Jira Software & Confluence
• Standardizing practices for Jira & Confluence amongst users
• Providing support for teams using Jira & Confluence
• Ensuring that Jira & Confluence meet compliance guidelines

• 5+ years of experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Troubleshooting skill and experience
• Familiarity with Agile way of working, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready and the organization of the same in tools
• Experience in all phases of SDLC of development and design
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• University Degree (or equivalent)
• Agile mindset & collaboration
• Fluent English
• Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.

• User & Role management (user creation/deletion, RBAC)
• License management (regular follow-up, yearly renewal)
• Jira & Confluence add-ons management (ex: Xray, Draw.io)
• Creation and management of Jira projects or Confluence workspaces
• Review and reduce the list of administrators, yearly review of admins
• Jira & Confluence Community to animate (backlog, survey, …)
• Compliance: DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) to formalize with client DPO
