Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Microservices Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications in a cloud environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in API development, container orchestration, performances and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
▪ Design and develop microservices applications using Java
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions
▪ Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with other services
▪ Document development processes, architectures, and tools
▪ Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
▪ Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in coding
▪ Design and develop microservices applications using Java
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions

Requirements
▪ Proven experience as a Java Developer with a focus on microservices
▪ Comfortable with microservices architectures and design patterns
▪ Experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus
▪ Expertise in API development and best practices
▪ Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, Pub/Sub
▪ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
▪ Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
▪ Familiarity with cloud platform such as Google Cloud, AWS or Azure
▪ Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins
▪ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
▪ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
▪ Comfortable with microservices architectures and design patterns
