Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA and other teams to define technical solutions
Review and optimize existing codebases; ensure high performance, reliability, and security
Participate in architecture and design discussions; suggest improvements and best practices
Manage build & deployment pipelines (CI/CD), and upkeep reliable release workflows
Produce clear technical documentation, run through functional and integration testing

Requirements
4–5 years’ hands-on experience with Core Java, Micronaut/Spring, multithreading, design patterns
Strong experience in Spring (Boot, MVC) or Quarkus or Micronaut, Hibernate/JPA; familiarity with RESTful APIs
Proficient in SQL and relational DBs (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle); optionally NoSQL
Git, Maven or Gradle; exposure to CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.); Docker/Kubernetes a plus
Experience with microservices, service-oriented design, distributed systems
Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing experience
Fluent in both English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
Front-end basics (JavaScript, React/Angular), message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
