We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to join our Group IT organization and contribute to the ongoing modernization of our maintenance and asset management systems. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver innovative, efficient, and reliable SAP PM solutions.
Tasks
Participate in or lead SAP PM implementation and rollout projects across MOL Group companies.
Work with business teams to analyze and understand maintenance-related requirements.
Design, configure, and optimize SAP PM processes such as equipment management, preventive maintenance, and work order management.
Prepare functional specifications and cooperate with development teams on enhancements.
Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP).
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SAP PM solutions.
Support the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
Requirements
3–7+ years of experience in SAP PM consulting (implementation and support).
Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and SAP best practices.
Hands-on configuration experience in the SAP PM module.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confident communication in English.
University degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
