Responsibilities

Activation of the group-level internal communications plan
Strategic and well co-ordinated approach to division-level internal communications
Annual planning and execution of internal communications strategy and activity calendar for Graphisoft
Strategic counsel and support to leaders on communications related to change management, global business initiatives, crisis response, and organizational development
Management and continuous improvement of internal communication related systems, channels, and events including town halls, intranet, and newsletters
Creation of digital creative materials to complement communications activities including visuals, infographics, animations, short video content

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, International Relations, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate/internal communications, preferably in international and matrixed organizations
Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies, change management, and executive communications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities
High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Hands-on experience in content creation including written, visual, digital
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure
Familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, video editing tools, image editing tools eg. Canva, AI tools
