Responsibilities

What You Will Do
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the financial integrity of several international entities by:
- Managing and reviewing financial processes in line with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Supporting the preparation and analysis of various financial reports and statements.
- Performing account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data across multiple ledgers.
- Providing audit support,
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
(Note: This role does not involve monthly closing activities, making it a great opportunity for candidates looking to expand beyond traditional GL/month‑end roles.)

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of full-spectrum accounting experience in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (higher degree is an advantage).
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with major ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, pro-activity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A team‑oriented, motivated, and diligent approach to work.
