Main responsibilities, tasks:

Full ownership of end-to-end General Ledger activities, including month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations and reporting
Ensuring statutory, tax and corporate compliance, while supporting internal and external audits
Driving process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives, and participating in transitions and system implementations
Acting as key finance contact for local stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Managing escalations and supporting continuous improvement across accounting and control processes

Required skills:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in General Ledger
Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and strong Business English
Solid understanding of financial reporting, compliance and internal controls
Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
Independent, proactive mindset with strong stakeholder
