Responsibilities

Building end-to-end web solutions from UI to backend
Leading and contributing to development efforts across the full stack
Designing and implementing web applications using modern frameworks and best practices
Translating business and user needs into intuitive, scalable technical solutions
Collaborating closely with designers, customers, and fellow engineers
Planning, estimating, and implementing development tasks based on designs and functional requirements
Ensuring timely delivery of features that meet technical and user expectations
Writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack
Identifying, debugging, and resolving issues to maintain high quality and performance
Supporting team collaboration through clear task ownership and structured workflows

Requirements

5+ years of experience in web application development with frontend and backend exposure
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React
Strong Python development experience for backend services
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs or similar backend services
Experience with relational databases and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy
Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools including Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Experience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments
Hands-on experience with testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end
Advanced English skills written and spoken

Nice-to-have

Strong full-stack profile with frontend as a primary strength
Experience with additional frontend technologies or frameworks
Exposure to other backend ecosystems such as Node.js and Java
Understanding of reactive programming concepts
Interest or experience in ML- or LLM-powered applications
User-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
