Responsibilities

Participation in partner projects building end-to-end web solutions from UI to backend
Leadership and contribution to development efforts across the full stack supporting technical decision-making
Design and implementation of web applications using modern frameworks and best practices
Translation of business and user needs into intuitive scalable technical solutions
Collaboration with designers customers and fellow engineers to ensure alignment
Planning estimating and implementation of development tasks based on designs and functional requirements
Ensuring timely delivery of features meeting technical and user expectations
Writing and maintaining unit integration and end-to-end tests across the stack
Identification debugging and resolution of issues to maintain high quality and performance
Support of team collaboration through clear task ownership and structured workflows

Requirements

5+ years of experience in web application development with exposure to both frontend and backend
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks preferably Angular or React
Strong Python development experience for building and maintaining backend services
Solid understanding of frontend architecture state management and component-based design
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs or similar backend services
Experience with relational databases and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or equivalents
Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools including Docker CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Experience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments
Hands-on experience with testing unit integration and end-to-end
Advanced English skills written and spoken

Nice-to-have

Strong full-stack profile with frontend as a primary strength
Experience with additional frontend technologies or frameworks
Exposure to other backend ecosystems such as Node.js Java
Understanding of reactive programming concepts
Interest or experience in ML- or LLM-powered applications
User-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
