Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable fullstack solutions for AI-enabled applications and platforms, including components that leverage LLMs to enable advanced user interactions and automation
Lead the hands-on development of reusable components, frameworks, and reference implementations that accelerate delivery and ensure consistency across teams in line with enterprise quality standards
Conduct code reviews, contribute to design workshops, and support architecture alignment across critical and strategic components and initiatives
Collaborate closely with Solution Owners, Fullstack Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to align technical implementation with business goals and AI capabilities
Mentor and advise other software developers by sharing expertise in clean code, system design, and modern development practices; foster a culture of technical excellence through coaching, peer learning, and community contributions
Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders and management; contribute to the alignment of the technical roadmap with product and business priorities

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture, preferably in data analytics and AI
Strong command of modern software engineering and architecture practices (Clean Code, event-driven systems, architecture frameworks), combined with a structured, self-directed working style and strong problem-solving skills
Proven expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, test automation, observability, secure development, and designing, developing, and operating scalable cloud architectures, ideally on Microsoft Azure
Proficiency in Python and experience with React, TypeScript, and modern data science methods is an advantage
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to manage multiple strategic initiatives in parallel
Excellent communication skills in German and English
