Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using C# .NET within a Kubernetes-orchestrated environment
Implement and improve traceability, observability, and stability of the growing microservice architecture through monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Dapr
Develop and enhance frontend components using Angular to deliver responsive user interfaces and support rapid feature deployment
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration connectors for FARO and Camunda process automation platform
Model, configure, and optimise business processes using BPMN standards within the Camunda ecosystem
Containerise applications using Docker and manage deployment pipelines within Kubernetes clusters
Conduct code reviews, share technical expertise, and provide constructive feedback throughout the development lifecycle to maintain code quality and team growth
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues across the microservice architecture
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes
Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and best practices in software development, including design patterns, clean code principles, and test-driven development

Requirements

Degree in informatics, computer science, or a related field
Multiple years of professional experience as either a Fullstack or Backend Developer
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably C#
Hands-on experience with containerisation using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Practical experience with Camunda and proficiency in BPMN process modelling
Experience in configuring and developing monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Dapr
Knowledge of common software development best practices including design patterns, clean code principles, test-driven development (TDD), and version control systems (Git)
Proficient knowledge of microservice architectures, preferably with .NET and Kubernetes
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integration connectors
Analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Willingness to grow and continuously push oneself and team to explore innovative ideas
Thriving in an agile work environment and embracing collaborative development practices
Interest in telecommunication technologies and their applications
Proficiency in English

Nice-to-have

German language skills
Experience with Angular and ability to make quick, effective fixes to the front end
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes
Demonstrated experience in performance optimisation and troubleshooting complex system issues
Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and keenness to evaluate and implement them
